Cancellation policy

Masodini Game Lodge reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees should a reservation be cancelled within the following periods:

- If cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, 35% of the total balance will be forfeited
- If a cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival, 65% of the total balance will be forfeited
- If a cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received within 9  - 00 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total balance will be forfeited

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover these cancellation penalties, as the cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to.
